“Sharon” Elementary School
Located in the Ariel Sharon neighborhood of Nahariya, Sharon Elementary School’s distinctive geometric layout served as a pivotal influence on both its design language and the division of the schoolyard spaces. Consequently, this led to the creation of three thematic triangular courtyards, each adapted to cater to different age groups and specific areas of the school’s pedagogical activities.
Ron Arad Garden
At the outset of the 1990s, the park took form with the construction of the southern part of the Ramot Yitzhak neighborhood in Nesher. It was formerly known as ‘Sculpture Park’ due to the sculptures initially showcased within its boundaries. Over the years, the park faced challenges arising from complex topographical conditions and the underutilization of its spaces. The new proposed design for the park, however, introduced a groundbreaking change. It enabled full accessibility from the surrounding streets for the first time and significantly enhanced the park’s functionality through the utilization of various elevation levels, tailored to accommodate play areas, relaxation zones, and even a dedicated dog park.
Urban Park (Sportek)
The Urban Park (Sportek) is located along Bar-Yehuda Road, at the foothills of the newly developed Emek Hakarmel neighborhood in Nesher. Its significant and unique position on a metropolitan axis serves as an unequivocal statement about the future of the area and how the city can reclaim its essence.
The park serves as a central urban hub for active leisure activities and boasts a diverse range of attractions, including a soccer field, streetball courts, amphitheaters, a skate park, rollerblading tracks, a running trail, challenging play facilities catering to different age groups, and extensive grassy areas for free-form activities. The park’s meticulous design prioritizes spatial organization to ensure versatility, allowing for the park’s use not only for recreation but also for urban gatherings, performances, and events.

This water park boasts a variety of water slides in different sizes and shapes, alongside a unique shallow pool with play facilities and water jets. The remaining areas are lush green spaces that allow for free movement and leisure for park visitors. A special focus has been placed on conserving the existing trees within the area and maximizing the integration of all functions to ensure their preservation.
Rotberg School bicycle paths
This project is nestled within the tranquil Neve Magen district of Ramat Hasharon, in close proximity to the esteemed Rotberg School. The quintessence of this project is to transform the dormant open spaces that weave through the private estates into vibrant arteries of community connection. It aims to forge new thoroughfares for the seamless passage of both cyclists and pedestrians, artfully threading the streets that border this enclave. The initiative places a particular focus on cultivating a robust nexus between the residential heart of the neighborhood and the academic hub of the school, enriching the social and civic fabric of the area.
Yavne Complex
Envisioned on the burgeoning northwestern periphery of Ramat Hasharon, abutting the scenic limits of Herzliya, emerges a pioneering urban development. This avant-garde complex is poised to house approximately 1,000 dwelling units, intricately woven with vibrant commercial, occupational, and public institutional zones. At its core lies a verdant artery—a park of linear grace—bridging the urbanity with a prospective metropolitan oasis slated to arise to its west. The entire neighborhood is meticulously conceptualized as an urban Eden, replete with an array of exquisite courtyards nestled amidst the architectural embrace and a tapestry of rich, accessible public realms. These spaces beckon with their verdure, inviting a symphony of footsteps from both the gleaming new edifices and the cherished existing communities.
Shapira complex
The project heralds a deliberate and strategic urban renewal within Lod’s cityscape, artfully stitching together the fabric of a community where voids have persisted for generations. This neighborhood is ingeniously cradled by the pre-existing urban sprawl, to which it provides a harmonious extension. This is achieved through a seamless blend of pedestrian thoroughfares, inviting public plazas, educational bastions, and beyond. As a result, the infrastructural ensemble and its communal arenas stand not as isolated islands but as accessible hubs, not merely for the denizens of this locale but also for the populace of neighboring districts.
