At the outset of the 1990s, the park took form with the construction of the southern part of the Ramot Yitzhak neighborhood in Nesher. It was formerly known as ‘Sculpture Park’ due to the sculptures initially showcased within its boundaries. Over the years, the park faced challenges arising from complex topographical conditions and the underutilization of its spaces. The new proposed design for the park, however, introduced a groundbreaking change. It enabled full accessibility from the surrounding streets for the first time and significantly enhanced the park’s functionality through the utilization of various elevation levels, tailored to accommodate play areas, relaxation zones, and even a dedicated dog park.
